Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

How do I place an order?

What is your order cancellation policy?

If your order is over $50, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel the day before your scheduled pickup or delivery, the deposit will be refunded. To cancel, you must call, text, and email us to ensure your cancellation is documented and processed correctly.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 days in advance, especially for custom cakes or large quantities, to ensure availability. For smaller orders, we can do same-day orders. Please check our website for lead times.

Do you deliver, and what are your delivery options?

Yes, we offer local delivery within Colorado Springs. Delivery fees may apply based on your location. You can view delivery options and associated costs during the checkout process.

Can you accommodate allergies?

We handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten in our kitchen. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
